As a production and graphic designer with 8+ years of expertise, my goal is to transform creative concepts into impactful visual solutions. The approach I prefer blends artistic vision with technical precision, enabling work to be done quickly and efficiently, while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards. My portfolio showcases a breadth of work, including online marketing, web banners, print collateral, logos, and more, all demonstrating the ability to create beautiful, eye-catching designs with a focus on simplicity and usability. Marketing.

Marketing materials created include social media campaigns, web advertisements, and printed flyers. The designs focus on a cohesive campaign while maintaining the individuality of each piece. Eye-catching headlines and compelling imagery are used to grab the audience's attention and effectively convey the intended message.

Logos.

Creating logos, while incredibly rewarding, is one of the most challenging design tasks, due to the significant role they play in a company's identity. The aim is always to develop clean, simple designs that maintain their integrity and impact across various applications. This means ensuring they work effectively in both full color and black & white, and are legible and impactful whether displayed at a tiny size, like a website favicon, or scaled up for a billboard. The versatility ensures that the logo functions as a powerful visual cornerstone for the brand, wherever it appears. 

Posters.

When approaching poster design, the inherent creative freedom of the medium is a significant driver. This allows for an enjoyable exploration of visual and verbal elements to craft impactful messages. The process often involves finding the ideal imagery—sometimes playfully "cheeky"—to grab attention, then carefully selecting the right blend of colors and typography to establish the desired mood and ensure readability. Finally, precise and concise wording ensures the core message is conveyed effectively, creating a compelling and memorable poster.

User Interface (UI).

In UI projects, a strong emphasis is placed on creating interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly user-friendly. The process involves a deep immersion into the user's perspective, identifying potential friction points in the design, and implementing thoughtful changes to enhance usability. A key focus is on achieving pixel-perfect designs, ensuring every element is meticulously crafted and precisely aligned. Simultaneously, adherence to strict brand standards is maintained to guarantee consistency and reinforce brand identity across all aspects of the interface. By combining user-centric design with meticulous attention to detail, the goal is to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences that effectively serve both the user and the brand.

Web Design.

Despite being relatively new to the coding side of web development, a passion for designing visually stunning and user-friendly web pages drives each project, making Squarespace the perfect learning tool. A core focus is creating designs that are easy to navigate, infused with vibrant colors and beautiful photography, believing that captivating the user visually is key to effective web design. Excited to continue expanding knowledge in coding, with the goal of ultimately creating dynamic and responsive websites that seamlessly adapt to various devices and deliver optimal user experiences.

Miscellaneous.  

Graphic designers often undertake projects to foster creativity and develop skills. Package design and t-shirt design are areas of particular interest. Additionally, creating business cards that accurately represent a client's work is an enjoyable aspect of design. These projects allow me to refine design skills and expand my creative potential.
